What makes you feel powerful, like you can tackle anything, like you can take on the world?

Personally, for me, it's exercise. Specifically, it's pushing myself by lifting heavy weights. It not only makes me feel strong, it makes me feel sane.

Today on the podcast I'm challenging you to think about the thing that makes you feel strong and to make time to do it in your life more often.

Maybe for you it's exercise, or maybe, it's a deep conversation with your partner, eating healthy, intentional alone time, learning a new skill, doing something that scares you, or taking time for self-care.
